2. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through Yatra Loka are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process. Pricing is subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by trip and booking type. General terms are:

• Cancellations more than 30 days before departure: full refund minus booking fee
• Cancellations 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: no refund
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Travel Documentation

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and any other documentation required for their trip. Yatra Loka is not liable for any losses resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

5. Liability

Yatra Loka acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, transport, guides). While we take every care in selecting our partners, we cannot be held liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these third parties. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.

6. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for assessing and meeting any health or fitness requirements for their chosen trips. Yatra Loka reserves the right to refuse or remove a traveler from a trip if their behavior or condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and designs — is the property of Yatra Loka or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
